I have bought 2 laptops from them in the last month. I bought from them for the price. Customer service is so-so at best (unable to fix small snafus),but if price is all that matters go for it. I've got to agree on the "frieght rape" charges. I guess thats where they make all their money though venders.

Ordered a SpyFinder from Ubid. Got it for the lowest price on the web. Found them through smarterdeals. Shipping took a little longer than I hoped but I am not sure if thats Ubid or the carrier. Overall was pretty good experience, got my order confirmation, tracking confirmation, etc. They didn't overpack the box with junkmail like Tiger does.

I totally agree with other folks here, patience is rewarded if you dont get too excited and freight could be a bit cheaper.

I've had my camera, a Casio 750, about three weeks now, and I couldn't be happier. The unit was reconditioned, and well packaged. It was shipped very fast. The camera looks like brand new, and the savings was amazing. I would not hesitate to buy from here again. I think they would be wise to set up a feedback system on their site, since without one, most people will not to go to an outside site to to comment unless there is a problem. The many satisfied customers probably won't bother. It is important to note that my purchase was directly from ubid, and not from an affiliate or individual through their site.
